These terms govern bookings with Helecho for our mobile coffee cart and event rental equipment. By requesting a quote or paying a deposit, you accept the version in effect at that time. Your booking records the version you agreed to, so a later update does not change what you accepted.
A quote is a price, not a reservation. It does not hold stock. We hold inventory only when a deposit is paid, and until then another customer may book the same item.
If two people want the last cart for the same date, whoever pays the deposit first gets it. We will tell you if that happens and help you find another date.
A deposit of thirty percent of the total confirms the booking and holds the stock. The balance is due before the event.
We do not take payment through this site. After you request a booking we will send an invoice and arrange payment with you directly. A refundable damage deposit may also apply per item, which is returned after the equipment comes back undamaged.
Cancel more than fourteen days before the event for a full refund of the deposit. Within fourteen days, the deposit is retained. Within seven days, the full amount is due.
Cancellations are effective when we confirm them, not when the message is sent. Email or call us as early as you can.
Delivery fees depend on the zone. We arrive early to set up, and that setup time is not billed to you.
The coffee cart requires a level surface and a standard 110V outlet within fifty feet. Tell us about stairs, a long carry, or a loading dock with a time window when you book, and we will plan for it rather than discover it on the day.
A refundable damage deposit may apply per item. It is returned after the equipment comes back undamaged, typically within a week.
An optional damage waiver covers accidental damage for a percentage of the rental subtotal. It does not cover loss, theft, or intentional damage.
Outdoor items come down in high wind. Our crew lowers umbrellas above twenty miles per hour, and we ask that you do the same if we have already left the site.
Upholstered items are for covered areas only and cannot be left exposed to weather or overnight damp. We are not liable for weather-related disruption.
We may update these terms. A booking keeps the version in effect when it was made, so an update does not rewrite what you agreed to.
